Terms of Service
The rules for using this website and working with us.
Last updated: 17 April 2026
These terms govern your use of yufanandco.com and any engagement with YUFAN & Co. Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. By using this site you accept these terms. Separate, more detailed terms apply to any paid engagement and will be agreed in a signed Statement of Work.
1. Who we are
YUFAN & Co. Ltd is a bespoke AI consultancy based in London, United Kingdom.
2. Website content
The copy, code, and design on this site are our property. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy substantial portions of the content for commercial use without our written consent. Third-party brand names or logos remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Engagements
Every paid engagement starts with a Diagnostic, priced and scoped in a signed Statement of Work. The Statement of Work sets out deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, and any service-specific obligations. If the Statement of Work conflicts with these terms, the Statement of Work takes precedence for that engagement.
4. Intellectual property
On completion of a build engagement and full payment, the client owns the code, infrastructure configuration, and documentation we produce. We retain the right to reuse general methodologies, know-how, and non-confidential techniques on other engagements. We do not retain rights to the client's data or business processes.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as confidential, whether or not it is marked as such. We are happy to sign a bilateral NDA before a Diagnostic begins. We do not publicly disclose client names or details without written consent.
6. Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid by the client for that engagement in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under UK law.
7. Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
